RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your Fosy Originals item, you can return it to us for any reason for refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. 

If you wish to exchange an item of the same value, please return to the below address with your invoice showing your purchase and your new item will be sent within 5-7 working days at no extra expense. If the item for which you are exchanging is of a higher value, the additional funds must be cleared before the new item is sent.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, fit for re-sale, with your invoice enclosed. Please leave a note regarding a refund or exchange if you haven't already contacted us.  All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of faulty goods we will cover the cost of postage.  Refunds made for goods simply returned for other reasons will be made less postage costs regardless of whether postage was charged originally (free postage offers). We reserve the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned in an unfit condition for resale. Everything that we send out is checked prior to dispatch but we do recommend that on receipt you check the item.

We must be notified of any damages or missing/faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery with an explanation of the fault. In this case, we will replace the item in its entirety at our discretion. If you decide to cancel the order then you be liable for the cost of the delivery and also for the return. We recommend that a signed for service is used to return the item to ensure that items are received.

Due to the nature of our fabrics used, we are unable to guarantee that patterns of faux fur will be exactly as shown in the picture but we do our very best to make sure they are as similar as possible in design and always of the highest quality.  If you feel that an item is not as described, however, you are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of postage.  Please note, faux fur is subject to a small degree of shedding but we have tested the quality of all our fabrics to ensure that this is minimal and will not affect the look or durability of the product. As we always make clear in the product descriptions, some of the longer shaggier furs are designed for the fashionista's amongst you and may not be practical in all weather conditions!

We are continually updating and improving our products so they may change from time to time without notice. We accept no liability for such changes. If you have a specification in mind, for example, a particular size of helmet, and you are not sure that the product will be suitable then please do contact us in advance to ensure that the item is as you expect.
